BatteryTender has developed a 24 volt charging system for marine use using 2.5 amp individual chargers that are plugged into a charger bracket that can be mounted in the boat. This charge system uses two highly effective 12 volt 5 amp chargers that recharge each battery seperatly and effectivly. Each charger uses constant current to quickly recharge each battery then protects the battery by moving to a voltage position to allow all necessary current to fill the battery. Once 100 percent recharged the chargers in the system (individually) will float the batteries at 13.2 volts until the boat is ready to be used. This is an innovative way to keep your marine batteries in top condition. The 24 volt system can be upgraded to 36 volts by adding an additional 5 amp marine modular charger to the charger bracket.
